Emma von Jansky and Edward Myers form EVJ Homes, a dynamic and top-producing husband and wife team. They specialize in the beach cities, serving everywhere from South Bay to Los Angeles to Venice and everywhere in between.  

Emma started her real estate career after shadowing one of Beverly Hills’ top-producing agents. She quickly found success applying her disciplined work ethic to her passion for the business. She has a keen eye for design and leads several networking groups. Emma is proud of having developed an intuitive network that makes her one of the most effective realtors in the business. 

After attending American University and the University of Southern California, Edward became invested in the family business — industrial real estate. He focused initially on the Los Angeles ports and Long Beach. Edward is adept at reverse engineering his client’s goals to make sure they are achievable, one step at a time. He is always thinking multiple steps ahead to figure out what needs to be done. 

After meeting Emma, Edward’s perspective shifted to residential real estate. His years assisting companies and institutional clients helped him layer a foundation of essential skills that have made him a thoughtful strategist.
