About Edward Myers

Edward Myers is a Los Angeles native and has been serving the beach cities for the past seven years. A thoughtful and creative strategist, Edward began his real estate career after studying at American University and USC. He got into the family business of industrial real estate, initially focusing around the LA ports and Long Beach. 

 

After years of assisting companies and institutional clients achieve their goals, Edward met his wife and partner. She showed him how rewarding and fascinating residential real estate could be. Instead of focusing on factories, warehouses, and commercial space, Edward enjoyed the personal aspect of residential and the chance to meet and interact with regular people across a range of cultures and backgrounds. He loves seeing someone’s face light up when he’s made their dream come true. 

 

You can anticipate that Edward will be several steps ahead to strategize where you need to be and where you need to end to achieve your goals. He reverse-engineers his client’s goals, making them achievable one step at a time. Edward takes great pride in fine-tuning a sophisticated real estate portfolio, which means he genuinely cares about helping you make the right decisions for you and your family. 

 

Along with being an Anderson School graduate and member of the National Society of Scholastic Scholars, Edward was named a top producer in volume and transactions from 2018-2020. 

 

Los Angeles is one of the most vibrant and convenient major metropolitan cities in the country. Everything you need is accessible within 30 minutes or less. Edward thrives on the city’s energy and the fact he can rise in the morning from his peaceful Manhattan Beach enclave to go surfing and then attend a Hollywood Bowl concert that same evening. 

 

To live in this community is to have access to it all. You’ll probably find Edward surfing, skiing, auto racing, visiting friends, or enjoying the local art and culture scene during his time off. As a native Angeleno, his hobbies are as diverse as the place he calls home. 

 

Edward Myers is a devoted family man and husband. No day would be complete without at least two walks and a dip in the ocean with his family.
